1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProFlightDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person.
3. Job Listings
Job listings are sourced from third-party sites and employer career pages. ProFlightDeck does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. Always verify directly with the employer before applying.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Content
By submitting profiles, reviews, salary data, or other content, you grant ProFlightDeck a non-exclusive license to display and use that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Employer Reviews
Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, fraudulent, or violate these terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: scrape or automated-access the platform without permission, post false information, impersonate others, or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
ProFlightDeck is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for job outcomes, employer actions, or any damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
