Your data is used to: display your profile to potential employers (if public), match you with relevant jobs, send job alerts, provide salary insights, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Salary Data
Salary submissions are 100% anonymous. We never associate salary data with your name, email, or identifiable information. Aggregated salary statistics may be displayed publicly.
4. Employer Reviews
Reviews are anonymous. We verify employment but never reveal reviewer identity to employers. Reviews may be moderated for content policy compliance.
5. Data Security
We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses bcrypt password hashing and supports OAuth providers.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@proflightdeck.com. Anonymized salary data and reviews are retained indefinitely.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
